• WE have excellent insurance carriers including access to:  Allied, Farmers,Travelers, Safeco, Republic and more…

• We work direct with IHOP Corporation to make sure you have the proper coverage in place and Certificates issued
• We do have payment plans for the insurance premium

Coverage Questions:   

1)   Is your sign covered and is the deductible the same as your building deductible?  This could mean you have a $2500 deductible in some cases.

2) Do you have Money & Securities coverage? Do you know the amount of coverage?  Does it cover you for the amount of your deposits?

3) Do you know the amount of insurance that IHOP Corp tells you to insure your building for may not be enough to pay the loss?  It is your agent’s responsibility to make sure you have 100% of the CURRENT replacement cost.

4) Did your agent provide you with your own incident report to use for customer claims so you can be furnished with a loss run every few months?
